Happy Valentine's Day!

My friend, Becca, had the awesome idea to surprise her husband with some photos of her and their girls for Valentine's Day. Getting the session done in secret (and not mentioning it or anything that would hint at it!) was a little tricky!

But I think it was worth it!
I tried to sneak in and get pictures of them reading without Ellie seeing me. It's hard to sneak something past her, but I did get a big hug!

Happy Valentine's Day! Sorry it's a little late!

I Love Y'All So Much!

We took these pictures the week of Thanksgiving. I thought I had them edited the week afterward, but there turned out to be some...ahem...extra grafitti...that was visible in the prints, but not on my screen. Had to do a little re-edit so that all we got was the sweet part of the grafitti.

Those are my parents. They've been together for a loooong time! They looooove each other!

I like them pretty good, too.

Also, you can't even tell that that spot was a wind tunnel while we were trying to take these pictures. Getting Daddy's hair to quit blowing around was a challenge, but I guess we figured it out...

Some Family Portraits

I recently took my friends Kelly & Joe and their two...errr...babies out to a park to take some...errr..family portraits.

One of the babies is recently adopted and has only three legs.

That's right. I said "only" three.

He's supposed to have four.

Okay, he's a Husky. But they're still a little family!

Sorry if this is a Christmas card spoiler for anybody!

Happy Thanksgiving!! Maybe I'll do a Thanksgiving AND a Black Friday post. (Although I'm not making any promises. We Dean Girls take our shopping pretty seriously, so we may not have time for silly things like pictures!)

Some Fall Portraits

Maybe you remember this little girl:

From this blog post. At Easter she was realllly not happy about taking pictures. Apparently she's a bigger fan of pumpkins than roses because she did pretty good at her Fall portraits.

Her brother and sister did great, too. They're really sweet with her.

Don't you just love pumpkins?

Just a couple of weeks left if you want pumpkin patch pictures! Email me at jenni@jennirobertsphography.com to set something up!

Miss Magnolia

I started to post Magnolia's portraits last week, but then I got in a fight with my computer. It's taken us this long to make up, but we're friends again and I have a lot to blog about this week!

First order of business is to introduce you to Miss Magnolia! We took these six months portraits a few weeks ago. It was the first time I'd gotten to meet her and we had so much fun! She was so sweet and such a trooper for the whoooole portrait session! And as you can see, she's pretty cute, too.

She thought her momma was pretty funny.

Thanks for playing pictures with me, Magnolia! It was wonderful to meet you! See you soon!
